Booking can be made online or by ringing 0191 250 5185, full availability can be found on our website? Please note that we are an appointment-only centre and you cannot play without a booking.
If this is your first visit to the centre and you want to play a full round of golf we recommend booking for a minimum of 2 hours. This will give enough time to complete the induction, have a mandatory range session (10-15 mins), a demo of the simulator software and then play on a course. Any remaining time can be used to play a Par 3 course or a nearest the pin competition.
Bookings of 3+ players wanting to play a full round should book for 3 hours.
Please Note - Due to the time required for inductions and software demonstrations first time bookings of just one hour may be restricted to playing on the range and/or a par 3 course.
The maximum number of players in our play/practice bays is 4, in the Performance Room it is just 2. If you would like to make a booking for a group larger than 4 please contact us and we can put a special package together for you.
Please Note - Only those who have paid can attend, we do not allow spectators unless supervising an under-16

The centre is aimed at those with golfing experience but players of all abilities are welcome (over 12 years old). However, players come here with the expectation of distraction free practice and general golf etiquette is expected at all times.
No. All players must bring their own equipment, for insurance reasons we are unable to hire out clubs. We are not able to refund bookings for players arriving without clubs.
Players under 16 are welcome providing they are supervised at all times by an adult. Players under 12 must be either a member at a golf course or participating in lessons with a local teaching professional. Players come here with the expectation of distraction-free practice and general golf etiquette is expected at all times.
Yes! We made changes to the centre in summer 2025 to allow left handers to play in all bays
Please Note - The Performance Room is currently only available to right handers. This will change in early 2026
Only paid players and those supervising u16 players are permitted in the playing areas. Our insurance does not permit any other spectators.
Players are welcome to use their own balls providing the have no pen, no mud or cut marks. Balls are provided in our play/practice bays to enhance the accuracy of the data.
Yes, we sell a variety of hot/cold drinks and snacks. Players are welcome to bring their own water but no other outside food/drinks are to be consumed in the playing areas.
We do not sell alcohol or allow players to bring their own. Any players consuming or under the influence of alcohol will be asked to leave without refund.
Players should arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before their booking. Please note there may be occasions when the centre may be closed until shortly before your session.
Please Note - players arriving later than 20 minutes past their start time will be considered a 'no show' and may sacrifice their booking without refund.
Players are able to practice on the range or play on a course. All new players are expected to spend a minimum of 10 minutes on the range before playing a course.

Our simulator software allows play at over 1000 courses which can be downloaded on request, centre staff will be able to advise based on players experience and ability. All players new to the centre will be recommended a course on their first visit.
We do not currently offer lessons at the centre but a resident teaching professional will be appointed in 2026. If you would like to attend with your own coach please contact us prior to booking.
Limited parking is available outside the centre, we recommend car sharing where possible.
All new players are required to complete a short induction prior to play. This induction will take place during their session and will take roughly 5-10 minutes (depending on prior indoor experience). Players wishing to play a course will also be given a full demo of the simulator software.
Yes providing they are clean and in good condition. Metal spikes are not permitted.
We use the Protee VX in our play/practice bays and a Foresight Falcon in our Performance Room. All of our monitors are professional grade equipment used by playing professionals, teaching professionals and club fitters. The data they provide is very accurate.
Where possible and on request we can email you the data from your session.
Yes, dedicated gapping session take place in our Performance Room and are led by an experienced member of the team

Yes. Please contact the centre directly to discuss your needs and arrange a bespoke booking.
Players are able to rearrange or cancel upto 24 hours before their session. We will try to rearrange sessions beyond this period but cancellations are not permitted. We do not refund or rearrange 'no shows'.
